Annemarie and Zoe

Annemarie and Zoe

Annemarie enrolled with Home Share Now as a home provider and also with our in-house volunteer program where home providers are matched up with volunteers while they wait for the right home share match or to supplement a live-in match. Annemarie has lived in Randolph since 1957 and Zoe, being new to the area, was looking for a volunteer opportunity that would help her get to know her new community. The pair usually spend two hours per week in and out of the car.

Together they visit local sights, pick up groceries, and sometimes just cruise around. Annemarie is especially appreciative for the rides Zoe provides to the cemetery where Annemarie can visit her husband’s grave. Annemarie says of Zoe, “I like everything...I can tell her anything…you don’t find people like that very often.”
