Online Enrollment for Home Share Now

Thank you for choosing to enroll with Home Share Now! After we receive your enrollment, our staff will be in touch to schedule an in-person interview.

Before beginning to fill out this form, please have contact information for your references nearby. Scroll down to preview the references required. We cannot schedule an interview without having references on hand. We will not contact your references until after your interview. Please note that because of our process, we cannot provide emergency housing. The fastest someone is able to move from interview to a trial match is four to six weeks.

If you'd rather download the form and return it by postal mail, you can do that here.

Transparency is a critical component of a successful home share.

The information you provide will not necessarily qualify or disqualify you but it will give us a starting point for discussion.

Enrolling is free but we do want you to know that a one-time match fee will be charged after a successful two week trial period. This match fee is on a sliding scale.

If you have any questions or would rather request an enrollment form by mail, please call 802-479-8544 or email info@homesharenow.org.

Fill out my online form.
